For all lessons, the rental equipment is provided free of charge. However if you already have experience in surfing and want to try surfing again we offer a range of equipment to rent.

We supply basic beginners' boards, ranging from 6 to 10 foot with a soft top and slick bottom. We also offer hardboard surfboards to the more experienced surfer.

We offer wetsuits suitable for all weather, boots, gloves and hoods.

Rentals are dependent on weather conditions and relevant experience. Photo ID is required as a deposit for all rentals.

 

 

Prices

(All rentals are for 2hours maximum from time leaving shop)

Body board €7.00 (Students, Unemployed, OAP’s €6.00)

Soft Surfboard €10.00 (Students, Unemployed, OAP’s €9.00)

Hard Surfboard €20.00 (Students, Unemployed, OAP’s €18.00)

Wetsuit €10.00 (Students, Unemployed, OAP’s €9.00)

Accessories €4.00 for first item, €2.00 for each additional

Leashes €4.00 for the day. Roofracks €10.00 per day.

Surf Package includes Board, Wetsuit and Accessories €20.00 (Students, Unemployed, OAP’s €18.00)

Each additional hour is charged at €5.00 (Students, Unemployed, OAP’s €4.00)

Frequently asked questions

Do you rent everyday?

We rent surfboards and wetsuits most days, occasionally if the conditions are unsafe we may be unable to.

 

What time can I pickup and drop off the equipment?

We open at 10am each morning in the summer and 11am each morning in the winter. We will advise you on what time the equipment needs to be returned by! In winter its 6pm and summer time 7pm or occasionally later. Rentals are for 2 hours however you can pay extra to rent for longer.

 

What can I leave as a deposit?

We require photo ID and a credit card to be left while the equipment is out on hire.  This is to ensure the safe return of all rentals.
